Creating My Front Cover

I started with my standard layout leaving space for my main image. I have responded to my research in deciding my title and colour scheme.

Barcode was created on a barcode generating website.

I experimented with text placement and added my barcode.

I decided that this cover is too young for my target audience and appeals to the younger end of my target group. Also, the layout with the photo added doesn't work well. I think the main problem is the block of colour.

I made my main image into the background of the entire front cover and I think this works a lot better. I then simply used my layout from my previous draft because I think that layout worked well.
